The leadership of Publishing House “Blitz-Inform” places high emphasis on perfection of ERP-system on the basis of modern methods and models of the organization of business with use of software products SAP AG.
Business of the company develops extremely dynamically, that demands operative implementation of the new information technologies supported by means of system SAP R/3. Specially created structural subdivision in the company – “Competence Centre” is responsible for support of an effective utilization, expansion and maintenance of business-processes and systems quality connected with software SAP and methods of its implementation. In this situation it is very important to have the qualified consulting partner, ready “to hold up a shoulder” in decision of any problem.

The choice of the ERP-system has been made with the help of “Soft-Rating Consult” company, which executed exploratory design at a stage of a choice of system and have presented materials, which become the basis of the conceptual project. During the implementation and exploiting of SAP R/3 system in PH “Blitz-Inform”, “Soft-Rating Consult” specialists worked in the project of implementation of a SAP branch decision IS-Media for publishing companies, in the project of implementation of the module Human Resource Management (HR), and also participated in implementation of financial and logistical modules of system. Thus localization and implementation of IS-Media are the unique project in this area in the CIS, and implementation of module HR has been provided in the record shortest possible time. Since February 2005 the project of implementation of the module of Quality Management QM mySAP ERP has started. I am imposed, that “Soft-Rating Consult” specialists, possessing high qualification in the information technologies field and owning a professional knowledge in industrial and logistical management, are ready to understand and be trained in specificity of polygraph manufacture in interests of the client.
This confirmed by the fact that implementation of the module of Quality Management has begun with business-processes reengineering of manufacture of packing at a “Blitz-Pak” factory on the basis of the process approach realized in standard ISO 9001-2000.
Holding a hand “on a pulse” of a business of the client, “Soft-Rating Consult” specialists understand the ways of its strategic development in the competitive market environment and in due time offer adequate tools modern models of management and their decisions in the environment of products SAP AG.
