About realisation of the project of quality management system on the basis of SАР РLМ QМ at factory «Dunaferr» (Hungary) of "IUD" (Ukraine)
1. Functionality of the project: mySар РLМ
In the environment of SAP ERP following functions have been executed:
• The process control in the workshop of hot roll stock and in the workshop of galvanizm.
• Management of physical tests
• Construction of the quality certificate
• Module QM is integrated with modules PP, MM, SD
2. Project terms: March 2006 - May, 2007
3. The status: productive since June, 2007.
4. Participants of the project from Soft-Rating Consult:
• Beljachenko Olga - consulting director, project manager, senior consultant on logistics
• Shmigidina Elena - consultant on SАР PLM QМ, РМ, expert on ІSО 9001.
The project is executed on a high degree of quality with observance of the planned terms.
