Soft-Rating Consult took part in the event called "HR, which changes business"

Soft-Rating Consult participated as a partner in business event called "HR, which changes business", organized by SAP Ukraine The event was held on October 11 in the business center "Olympic" in Kiev. After opening speech by Olga Petrusenko, the representative of SAP Ukraine, Olga Belyachenko, the Commercial Director of Soft-Rating Consult (Event Partner) addressed to invited guests (news full version contains photos, videos, presentations).

In the first report by Svetlana Lomonosova, the Development Manager of Business Solutions for SAP CIS, she stressed the importance of human factor for business success in current conditions, said about immediate success of new society socialization technologies, and highlighted the current situation and functional completeness of SAP HCM (Human Capital Management)

Due to good examples, relevant comparisons and dry humor of the report, it was awarded with attention, sincere interest and guests’ applause, among which were "newcomers", who are just becoming interested in SAP solutions, and SAP clients.

Next was the report by SAP HCM expert Zoya Yakovenko, who has 9 years experience in implementing and setting of SAP HCM, and has been involved in projects at the National Bank of Ukraine, OTP Bank, Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, HC "Blitz-Inform", ERSTE Bank, ABO MIX. The report concerned the practical aspects of SAP HCM implementation, the ability of this solution to meet business needs in personnel management as a key factor for business success in the modern context, and in increasing its value. Specialists from Soft-Rating Consult participated in the redesign of SAP HCM for Ukraine by request of SAP Ukraine; this indicates the appropriate level of qualification of the specialists.

The next reporter was Galina Korab, the expert of SAP HCM in Ukraine in Nestle Ukraine LLC and a leader of Ukrainian team, which is the part of large international Nestle team for implementation of GLOBE (SAP-based corporate integrated information system); her speech was filled with practical and extremely eloquent examples of SAP HCM applying, related to the hottest issues, exciting for most listeners.

Almost every guest was holding the magazine «Information Technologies for Management» № 8 with interview of Nadezhda Sakwa called «Prominvestbank: implementation of the most large-scale for CIS SAP project on personnel management».

The characteristic of the event was a reasonable proportionality among the clients’ speakers and representatives of service providers for SAP implementation. It should be noted that for three speakers provider representatives who have knowledge and willingness to provide services to clients, were four speakers representatives of companies, among them Astelit (mobile), HC "Blitz-Inform" (packaging and printing), Nestle (food production), Prominvestbank (banking).

Natalia Gorbenko, the Head of Department of Personnel Management in "Astelit" company (ТМ Life :) ) in her report focused on the qualitative changes that have occurred in the company as a result of SAP HCM implementation, in terms of information support of the company's policy with regard to personnel.
It's not news that in companies which are focused on mass services to individual consumers, emotional exhaustion of employees is a compelling reason for the decline in labor productivity. This conditions a management's careful attention to SAP HCM, which can reasonably apply the tools of labor incitement. These tools are transparent to the personnel as much as possible by modern technology without too much risk for business. Thus, the title of the report "Access to information for employees as a key to success in high technology and dynamic business environment" and its contents are consistent, as you will see when watching the presentation.

An excess of information usually leads to a decrease of attention, but not when the speaker is able from the first minute to intrigue the audience with paradoxical statement at first glance, as did Sergei Kapustin, the Director of SAP Competence Center in  Holding Company "Blitz-Inform", noting that «HR does not change business!».

Later, the participants of the event more than once had the opportunity to make themselves sure that some sentences by S. Kapustin are worth to quote.

In general, the event witnessed a strengthening of unconditional leadership of SAP HCM for companies with 1.5-2 thousands of employees or more, the presence of a strong team of consultants in Ukraine who can help SAP clients even in the face of continuous change in national law.

Another very important advantage for companies and organizations who attended SAP information day, was an opportunity to hear how the new information technologies can not only improve the quality of their business processes without changing the essence of their business, but also to give new impulses for humanity propagation in business.
