The project was started in 2010 in order to implement such solutions as financial accounting, fixed assets and material flows, planning, budgetary control, cost control and revenue from business operations, human resources management, as well as some components of the system to meet the requirements of Ukrainian legislation on banking activities.

During the realization the necessary settings were made in full in accordance with business blueprint, and data exchange with external systems (ODB (FlexCube), General Ledger (NewProfix), budgeting (Hyperion)) was set up, also the system conformity to the requirements of national legislation was provided.

An important feature of the project was the realization of seamless integration between the bank complex systems; this allowed to preserve previous investments in computerization of the bank and to get the maximum possible effect from integration on SAP platform.

The success of the project was provided by effective cooperation of the management of UniCredit Group and by active participation of the bank project team. All this helped Soft-Rating Consult consultants to provide timely and with good quality all necessary services on development of business blueprint, on implementation, user training, testing and go in-live keeping up with the budget.

The evidence of the management's careful attention to the project is the decision made by general meeting of the bank shareholders about the adoption of centralized SAP ERP system implementation as one of the three priorities in 2011.
