In November 2011 Banknote Paper Factory of the National Bank of Ukraine moved to go in-live of Integrated Information System (IIS), based on SAP ERP system
IIS includes such modules as Operational Control, Accounting, Equipment Maintenance and Repair, Information Assurance and Financial and Technical-economic Planning and Analysis. To provide functioning of IIS the following SAP modules: FI, FI-AA, MM, SD, CO, PP, QM, PSM-FM, PM, RE-FX, PS were included.
Since December 2011 as part of Financial and Technical-economic Planning and Analysis module in production operation budgeting is used, which fully provides such processes:
- making a financial plan;
- planning of cost projection according to the economic elements;
- budget planning;
- parallel multiple versions of plans of financial activities with the possibility of modeling;
- formation of analytical reporting.

Banknote Paper Factory of the National Bank of Ukraine is the only enterprise in Ukraine that provides banknote paper for the country for printing Ukrainian hryvnias. The factory began functioning in Malyn, Zhytomyr region, since 1996.
Nowadays, besides main product, the factory makes all kinds of paper securities, paper for national currency, paper for passports both Ukrainian and for diplomatic missions, for excise stamps, railway tickets and shares.
