Soft-Rating Consult Company has presented experience of effective usage SAP CRM to experts of food branch who were gathered for the informational day organized by SAP company on packaged solutions in consumer goods and beverage.
Automation of interaction with clients in the field of trade and production of drinks and the consumer goods gives to the companies the beneficial advantages. Soft-Rating Consult Company has experience of implementation of modern business processes in the сonsumer goods and beverage branch at the one of breweries. For example, by means of SAP CRM E-Commerce was offered the connection to electronic В2В sales.
